You will need:
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
A large pot with a lid
- Coat the bottom of a large pot with oil and heat over medium-high.
- Drop in a couple of popcorn kernels and wait for them to pop.
- Once they pop, pour in half a bag of your kernel of choice.
- Place the lid on the pot and watch the kernels pop while shaking the pan occasionally, for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Once the popping slows down, remove pot from heat and pour the popped popcorn into a serving bowl.
- Top off with seasonings and other toppings to taste and enjoy.
